REASON FOR FAILURE:
PCB Component’s Life ending:
Capacitors, Inductors, Resistors, Bridge Rectifiers, I/O Isolators, ICs, Bi-polar & Uni-polar then Switching devices like Transistors, MOSFETs, IGBTs, Thyristors.
Screen Invisibility:
Display board or Touch screen will become invisible due to Display board life ends, damage due to Vibration through machines, due to Moisture, Dusty, Heat etc.,
Feather Touch Keypad Not-working:
Due to long year working or due to improper using of keypad, due to minor components damages Keypad PCB layers & copper tracks.
Power supply or I/O side failure:
Due to high voltage supply.
HMI outer body:
Due to continuous machine vibration, outer body (case) broken.
OUR SOLUTIONS:
Replacing PCB Components:
We replace the Life ending above mentioned components from the PCB. We stock required spares, Components in our Service Center. Some cases, we are importing from Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, China.
New Display Touch Screen:
We replace Display & Touch Screen newly by importing.
Feather Touch Keypad Re-design:
Our Design team is Re-Designing the Feather Touch Keypad with proper Lay-out, PCB Tracking, Gluing as its in Original Keypad.
Power section & I/O section:
We replace failed Bridge Rectifiers and Isolators from the Power & I/O side.
HMI Outer body:
The outer body or case will be replaced by accurate sized MS painted body. That will be protect your HMI still more years.
